Saachi is testing whether conversational SMS is a better way to capture parent perspectives on education than traditional surveys. We're running a pilot through Spring 2025 to validate this approach.
We're using the feedback we receive—both the quantity (response rates, completion rates) and quality (depth of insights)—to test whether conversational SMS is a more effective way to hear from parents. This pilot helps us demonstrate that this is a novel and valuable approach to understanding parent perspectives.
After the pilot concludes, all individual response data will be deleted. We will only retain aggregate, anonymized data needed to evaluate the effectiveness of this approach and improve the product. Your personal information and individual conversation history will not be kept.
Unlike traditional surveys with checkboxes and rating scales, Saachi engages you in natural conversation—asking follow-up questions based on your responses to understand your full perspective.
We're currently running a limited pilot with families at select schools. If you've been invited to participate, you can sign up through our pilot registration page.
You can join the pilot through our sign-up page. You'll provide your phone number and tell us about your child's school. You'll receive your first message from Saachi within 1-3 business days.
After signing up, you'll receive your first text message from Saachi within 1-3 business days. A typical conversation involves 2-5 messages as we ask follow-up questions to understand your perspective.
